At-Home Worship Guide For Sunday, March 15
Updated: Apr 1, 2020
While we cannot gather face-to-face at this time, we can still worship together! Join us on Facebook at 10:45am for live welcome & announcements and to send in your prayer requests, then worship together at home using our regular order of worship, outlined below.
Gathering
Call to Worship & Prayer of Invocation:
All-knowing and all-caring God,
we gather this day drained by another week.
We are like a parched desert, empty and in need of replenishment.
Visit us with your presence, saturate us with your Spirit,
and bathe us in your streams of living water.
Help us to see where we are oppressed, and deliver us,
that our lives might acknowledge and worship you
to the praise and honor of Jesus Christ. Amen!
Songs of praise and adoration: King of My Heart & Ever Be
If possible, get your guitar out or pull up the piano bench (or go a Capella!) and sing these songs together! If not, follow & sing along with a YouTube lyric video!

Greeting Time:
Bless each other with “the peace of Christ be with you” and/or offer an embrace or a kind word to your family members.
Prayer:
Go around and give your prayer requests, then take turns praying or designate a leader to pray. After offering supplication and intercession, (that is, prayers for others and prayers asking for things) pray Our Father & the Fruits of the Spirit together.
Our Father, which art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts
As we forgive our debtors.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Holy Spirit, we pray your fruit would be in us: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
By our lives and through our prayers, may your kingdom come.
